NOVELTY - A graphene modified flame-retardant environment-friendly universal adhesive comprises adding 200-300 pts. wt. mixed solvent into the reaction kettle with reflux condensing device, and sealing and stirring device, water bath heating at 45degrees Celsius at stirring speed of 130-150 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding 20-30 pts. wt. activated magnesium oxide, dispersing, adding 200-300 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, reacting for 8-10 hours, standing for 24 hours, obtaining chelate, adding 750-800 pts. wt. mixed solvent containing 2-5 pts. wt. graphene into the reaction kettle with reflux condensing device, and sealing and stirring device, water bath heating at 40degrees Celsius at stirring speed of 900-1200 rpm, adding 140-170 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 8-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 25-35 pts. wt. silica and 10-20 pts. wt. phosphate, stirring for 8-10 hours, adding 135-165 pts. wt. chelate, and stirring for 2-4 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified flame-retardant environment-friendly universal adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The product has simple preparation technique, does not contain benzene, toluene, xylene and other harmful solvent, high safety, small pollution to the environment, strong bonding, and has good flame retardance.
