▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing starch-based wood adhesive, involves (1) performing steam explosion treatment of sugarcane bagasse to obtain steam-exploded sugarcane bagasse, (2) mixing steam-exploded sugarcane bagasse and mixed enzyme solution in a mass ratio of 1:20-1:30, hydrolyzing, filtering, drying, carbonizing and cooling to obtain carbonized bagasse, (3) heating and stirring the starch and water in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:20, adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH, then adding 0.3-0.5 times starch and hydrogen peroxide, warming and gelatinizing to obtain pretreated-starch emulsion, (4) adding 20-30 pts. wt. carbonized bagasse, 120-160 pretreated-starch emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. micropowder additive, 10-15 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 3-5 pts. wt. casein, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. borax, 2-4 pts. wt. urea, 8-10 pts. wt. calcium bicarbonate, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, 8-10 pts. wt. thickener and 8-10 pts. wt. rubber powder, ball milling and discharging. USE - Method for preparing starch-based wood adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of waterproof starch-based wood adhesive with high bonding strength.
