NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining acid-treated graphite. The graphene oxide is mixed with a coating agent containing a metal oxide (MO) or a metal salt (MX) and an inorganic binder, stirred and dried to prepare a coated graphene oxide. The coated graphene oxide is mixed with an organic binder and an extinguishing agent to prepare a mixture. A sheet-shaped volumetric heating element is prepared from the mixture. The inorganic binder is selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate, phosphoric acid, phosphate, boric acid, cement, super-hard cement, coal ash, feldspar, silica, and porcelain glaze. The extinguishing agent is selected from the group consisting of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate. USE - Method for producing volumetric heating element. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-coated graphene oxide low-temperature volumetric heating element reduces global environmental pollution by maximizing energy use efficiency and replacing heating culture with fossil fuels, and plays a leading role in the commercialization of graphene.
