NOVELTY - The flame-retardant outer casing comprises a casing structure that includes a heat-generating layer provided on the inner side of casing structure, and is further provided with a protective layer. The heat-generating layer is formed by coating a dispersion of carbon nanotubes, graphene powder, epoxy resin binder and an aqueous solvent. The protective layer comprises silica sol, aqueous solvent, acrylate comonomer, initiator and coupling agent. USE - Flame-retardant outer casing for lead-acid batteries. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation inside the battery is greater than the heat generated through the soaking layer with efficient heat dissipation. The casing has the effect on reducing the heat of the lead battery concentrated at wall of battery compartment, effectively reduces the risk of thermal runaway.
