▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An electrolytic film based on graphene comprises upper insulating material layer, lower insulating material layer and electrode provided on the conductive paste layer. The conductive paste is prepared by mixing organic carrier and mixed powder. The mixed powder is prepared by mixing graphene, conductive carbon black, glass powder and ethanol. The organic carrier is prepared by mixing terpineol, lipids, ethyl cellulose, BYK (RTM: wetting and dispersing additives) and other. The conductive paste is coated on the lower and upper insulating material by hot pressing method. USE - Electrolytic film based on graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrolytic film has high thermal conductivity which improves the efficiency of electrothermal conversion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrolytic film based on graphene comprises upper insulating material layer, lower insulating material layer and electrode provided on conductive paste layer. The conductive paste is prepared by mixing 40 %mass organic carrier and 60 %mass mixed powder for 10-30 minutes. The particle size after mixing is less than 15 mu m. The mixed powder is prepared by mixing 6.4-45 %mass graphene, 6.4-45 %mass conductive carbon black, 32-42 %mass glass powder and 15-20 %mass ethanol. The organic carrier is prepared by mixing 50-64 %mass terpineol, 20-30 %mass lipids, 4-8 %mass ethyl cellulose, 10 %mass BYK (RTM: wetting and dispersing additives) and 2-5 %mass other. The conductive paste is coated on the lower and upper insulating material by hot pressing method. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the electrolytic film based on graphene.
