NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength aluminum alloy plate for sheet metal process, comprises (a) taking ZL114A as the aluminum alloy plate base material, adding modifier and stirring at 715-720°C, (b) heating to 720-730°C, adding refining agent to keep warm for 15-20 minutes, allowing to stand, and pouring under differential pressure to obtain a formed aluminum alloy plate, (c) subjecting the formed aluminum alloy plate to solution aging treatment, grinding and polishing to obtain main body of the aluminum alloy plate aand placing in the electrolyte for anodic oxidation, (d) preparing a sealing solution with hydroxylated graphene, β-cyclodextrin, modified silica sol, polyaminosilane, aqueous polyurethane, defoamer, and deionized water, (e) immersing the anodized aluminum alloy plate body in the sealing solution for sealing, draining, blowing with high-pressure air, and drying. USE - Preparation method of high strength aluminum alloy plate for sheet metal process. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high strength aluminum alloy plate with excellent corrosion resistance, beautifying product appearance and durability.
