▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (UHMWPEF) involves (a) soaking the UHMWPEF in ethanol for a period of time and drying it, (b) adding tannic acid and sodium chloride to a Tris solution with a pH of 7-8 and a mass concentration of 0.0005-0.001 g/ml, after mixing uniformly, adding the UHMWPEF obtained in step (a) and soaking for 10-24 hours, and sequentially washing and drying to obtain tannic acid-modified UHMWPEF, (c) mixing the tannic acid-modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, graphene, mineral spirits, antioxidants and emulsifiers uniformly to obtain spinning dope, obtaining UHMWPEF frozen collagen filament by the gel spinning method, and (d) sequentially pre-stretching UHMWPEF frozen collagen filaments, extracting, drying, and at least two-stage high-temperature stretched to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber which is used for preparing rope nets (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in process, and has a greater improvement in shear strength and tensile breaking strength than using unmodified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene in terms of processing performance.
