▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Capsule comprises phase change microcapsules and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt coated on the surface of phase change microcapsules, where the weight ratio of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and phase change microcapsules is 1-3:1, the particle size of the phase change microcapsules is 0.1-100 mu m, and the degree of substitution of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is more than 90%. USE - The fabric is useful in preparing textile products including clothing, gloves, scarves, bed sheets, quilts, towels, socks, medical accessories and health products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The capsule: can further improve the washing resistance effect; can ensure the washing fastness of the prepared fabrics of various materials; is conducive to improving the fabric feel and improving air permeability of the fabric; and has antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the capsule comprising (a) dissolving chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in water, and pure water while stirring at 50-70 degrees C at a rate of 80-120 revolutions/minute to prepare chitosan with a mass fraction of 6-10% quaternary ammonium salt solution, (b) slowly adding chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution to pre-dispersed aqueous phase change microcapsule slurry, stirring at a rate of 600-1000 revolutions/minute for 20-50 minutes, then adding antifoaming agent for antifoaming, where the non-volatile content of the phase change microcapsule slurry is 30-50%, and (c) uniformly coating the mixed solution on the surface of phase change microcapsules by spray drying with the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, where the spray drying conditions are inlet air temperature of 165-195 degrees C, outlet air temperature of 80-100 degrees C, and the air pressure is 0.1-0.5 MPa, and finally collecting the powder to obtain surface-modified capsule; (2) fabric comprising 35-50 pts. wt. capsule, 0-20 pts. wt. thermally conductive filling agent, 3-10 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 1-4 pts. wt. thickener, 0.1-1 pts. wt. penetrant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and pure water; and (3) preparing the fabric comprising (i) mixing capsule powder, thermally conductive filling agent, cross-linking agent, thickener, penetrant, antifoaming, and pure water surface-modified by chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, stirring for 10-20 minutes until the viscosity is more than 8000 cps, and discharging, (ii) using capsule finishing slurry for preparing temperature-regulating fabric, drying, then curing and cross-linking, and (iii) washing the fabric with water, and finally performing heat setting treatment to obtain the fabric containing the surface-modified phase-change microcapsules.
