▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene structure comprises substrate (1), base (2) which is formed on top of the substrate, and vertical graphene (4) which grows from the base, stands in a vertical direction with respect to the surface of substrate and has a densely layered structure. USE - Graphene structure is used for transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure has high reliablity in which graphene grows in a desired fine region with high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene structure, which involves forming substrate on the base, growing vertical graphene on which it stood up in the vertical direction with respect to the base, and densely superimposing using substrate.
