NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyaniline thermoelectric thin film involves pre-oxidizing graphene, mixing with potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, heating, diluting, ultrasonically oscillating, filtering, washing solid, drying, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, adding strongly-acidic potassium permanganate, reacting, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, separating graphene oxide, standing, washing middle layer with hydrochloric acid solution, centrifuging, washing upper layer with saturated barium chloride solution and washing precipitate. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/polyaniline thermoelectric thin film (claimed) used for thermoelectric power generation industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyaniline thermoelectric thin film comprises: (A) pre-oxidizing graphene by oven-drying at 60-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene powder, heating potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide at 60-100 degrees C, mixing with graphene powder until black, heating for 20-40 minutes until blue, naturally cooling to room temperature, diluting with deionized water, ultrasonically oscillating at room temperature for 10-30 minutes, filtering, washing solid with deionized water until pH is 6.8-7.2 and drying to obtain expanded graphene; (B) adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring in water bath at 0-10 degrees C at speed of 60-500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-10 minutes, adding expanded graphene, stirring for 10-60 minutes, adding strongly-acidic potassium permanganate, stirring for 60-100 minutes, heating at 30-40 degrees C, stirring, adding deionized water, reacting, heating at 90-98 degrees C, stirring for 10-40 minutes, adding deionized water and 20-30% hydrogen peroxide solution and separating graphene oxide; (C) standing at room temperature for 5-20 hours to divide into 3 layers, washing middle layer with 0.05-0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, centrifuging, washing upper layer with saturated barium chloride solution to generate precipitate, adding deionized water, washing precipitate and drying at 40-80 degrees C for 1-5 hours to obtain graphene oxide powder; (D) distilling crude aniline at 85-90 degrees C and 1-10 kPa, sealing and decompressing to obtain aniline, mixing graphene oxide and aniline and ultrasonically oscillating for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/aniline mixed solution; and (E) heating at 0-10 degrees C, ultrasonically oscillating for 10-30 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate solution and hydrazine hydrate, ultrasonically oscillating, adding sodium hydroxide solution and ammonium sulfate solution, stirring for 5-10 hours at speed of 60-500 rpm, performing electrodeposition, filtering, washing solid with distilled water, hydrochloric acid solution and methanol and vacuum-drying at 40-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
