NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot transverse size characterization method based on flight time mass spectrum involves dissolving graphene quantum dot powder in a solvent to prepare a first mixed solution, adding 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid aqueous solution, sodium chloride aqueous solution, and lithium chloride aqueous solution to the first mixed solution respectively to obtain the second mixed solution, and then performing mass spectrometry test. USE - Graphene quantum dot transverse size characterization method based on flight time mass spectrum. ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot transverse size characterization method based on flight time mass spectrum has high reliability and simplicity, and can determine the lateral size structure information of graphene quantum dots through fine spectroscopic structure.
