NOVELTY - Graphene-doped thermally conductive potting compound comprises 10-20 pts. wt. surface modified graphene oxide, 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 2,4,6-tris(1-phenylethyl)phenyl ether methacrylate solution, 40-50 pts. wt. terminal vinyl poly(dimethylsiloxane), 3-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator, and 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier. USE - Used as graphene-doped thermally conductive potting. ADVANTAGE - The conductive potting has excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical property and adhesive property and flame retardancy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-doped thermally conductive potting compound, comprising (i) adding surface modified graphene oxide, polyethylene glycol 2,4,6-tris(1-phenylethyl)phenyl ether methacrylate solution, terminal vinyl poly(at room temperature) Dimethylsiloxane), photoinitiator, emulsifier to a high-speed disperser and evacuating, where the degree of vacuum is 0.1-0.2 MPa, the rotation speed is 1100-1300 revolutions/minute and the stirring time is 50-80 minutes to prepare a base material, (ii) uniformly coating the base material on the component to be filled at room temperature, irradiating with ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 220-250 nm for 40-60 minutes.
