NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly fly ash heat insulating material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 6-9 pts. wt. powder, 8-10 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 7-8 pts. wt. fly ash, 10-15 pts. wt. organic-inorganic composite material, 4-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 4-6 pts. wt. talc, 5-6 pts. wt. vermiculite, 8-10 pts. wt. hollow glass microbeads, 3-4 pts. wt. organosilicone hydrophobic agent, and 3-3 pts. wt. silicon dioxide gel. The silicon dioxide gas gel is a gel of functionalized oxidation and graphene dioxide to construct a double crosslinked network structure. USE - Environment-friendly fly ash heat insulating material for use in a building e.g. house, an office building, a commercial building, an industrial building and a residential building. ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly fly ash heat insulating material has good stability, pressure resistance and heat insulation performance, good durability and heat preservation performance, and will not cause pollution to the environment, increases the application range in the building field, and has excellent fire resistance, sound insulation performance and is a good carrier material, synthesis and preparation of the application and the heat preservation material, silicon dioxide hydrogel/expansion perlite compound, by adsorption, filling into the porous structure of the expansion perlite then through pyrolysis to generate gas gel.
