NOVELTY - Anti-burning material comprises three layers, where the inner layer is carbon steel plate (1), the middle layer is high-temperature resistant heat insulating coating (2), and the outer layer is high temperature resistant reflective coating (3). The high temperature-resistant reflective coating is formed by high temperature resistance reflective coating, which includes inorganic silicate solution, nano titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide, talc powder, and graphene. USE - The anti-burning material is used for laser cutting machine. ADVANTAGE - The burn-proof material can avoid the heating speed of the bed structure structure when the laser cutting machine works, and reduce the influence of the thermal deformation on the processing precision of the machine tool. The anti-burning material has high strength, toughness, high temperature resistance and anti-laser breakdown performance. The high temperature resistant heat insulation coating and the high temperature reflective coating can be firmly connected by the form of chemical bond and bentonite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for material comprising preparing high temperature resistant heat insulating coating by mixing silicon-containing solid, bentonite, inorganic silicate solution, graphite flake, ceramic fiber and nanozirconium oxide to obtain high temperature resistant insulating coating, wherei silicon-containing solid is silicon dioxide or solid containing silicon dioxide; preparing high temperature resistant reflective coating by mixing inorganic silicate solution, talc, nano titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and graphene uniformly to obtain high temperature resistant reflective coating; and spraying coating.
