NOVELTY - An aluminosilicate binder composition comprises aluminosilicate, modified resin, sodium carbonate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, ethanol, graphene oxide, and triethylenetetramine, and the modified resin is prepared by (A1) adding chlorosulfonic acid to reaction kettle, dripping trichlorotoluene, and reacting to prepare intermediate (I), mixing with chlorobenzene, adding aluminum chloride, heating, mixing with hydrochloric acid, and hydrolyzing to obtain intermediate (II), (A2) mixing p-methoxyphenol, intermediate (II) and sodium hydroxide solution to prepare intermediate (III), mixing with and dichloromethane, and adding boron tribromide to react to prepare intermediate (IV), mixing with epichlorohydrin and benzyltriethylammonium chloride, reacting polyimide with tetrahydrofuran, and adding ethanolamine and pyridine acetic anhydride to react to obtain intermediate (VI), adding toluene-3,5-diisocyanate and tetrahydrofuran, and adding dibutyltin dilaurate and epoxy resin, and reacting. USE - Self-hardening aluminosilicate binder composition used in ceramic bonding (claimed), and used for adhesive preparation applications for bonding non-metal medium material. ADVANTAGE - The remaining isocyanate groups react with hydroxyl groups on epoxy resin to obtain modified resin, and the modified resin utilizes polyimide as connecting chain, so that mechanical properties of modified resin are improved, and the main chain of resin molecule contains aromatic compounds. The ether sulfone structure and large number of ketone groups enhance the toughness of modified resin, and blending with graphene oxide greatly improves the mechanical properties of binder composition, and compounding with aluminosilicate further improves the bonding effect of binder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The self-hardening aluminosilicate binder composition comprises 15-20 pts. wt. aluminosilicate, 20-30 pts. wt. modified resin, 1-1.5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 10-15 pts. wt. ethanol, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 3-5 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine, and the modified resin is prepared by (A1) adding chlorosulfonic acid to reaction kettle, stirring and dripping trichlorotoluene, and reacting until no hydrogen chloride gas is released to prepare intermediate (I), mixing intermediate (I) and chlorobenzene uniformly, stirring and adding aluminum chloride to react, heating without hydrogen chloride gas, mixing the reaction solution with hydrochloric acid solution, and hydrolyzing to obtain intermediate (II), (A2) mixing p-methoxyphenol, intermediate (II) and sodium hydroxide solution uniformly to prepare intermediate (III), mixing intermediate (III) and dichloromethane uniformly, stirring and adding boron tribromide to react to prepare intermediate (IV), mixing intermediate (IV), epichlorohydrin and benzyltriethylammonium chloride evenly, reacting, adding sodium hydroxide solution, and reacting to obtain epoxy resin, (A3) mixing 4,4-dihydroxybenzophenone, sodium hydroxide solution and deionized water evenly, refluxing, adding toluene, refluxing again to remove deionized water, mixing the substrate, tetrabutylammonium bromide and 4-nitrophthalic anhydride evenly, reacting, adding toluene, continue refluxing, adding sodium hydroxide, and refluxing to obtain intermediate (V), and (A4) mixing intermediates (V), 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and m-cresol evenly, stirring and adding isoquinoline and reacting to prepare polyimide, dissolving polyimide in tetrahydrofuran, stirring and adding ethanolamine and pyridine acetic anhydride to react to obtain intermediate (VI), adding intermediate (VI), toluene-3,5-diisocyanate and tetrahydrofuran to reaction kettle, after reaction, adding dibutyltin dilaurate and epoxy resin, and reacting.
