▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide is obtained by providing graphene oxide on a surface of a film, and reducing graphene oxide at 400 degrees C or more by photo-sintering. USE - Reduced graphene oxide is used for forming electrode of gas sensor for sensing e.g. biomarker gas and harmful gas (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide enables fabrication of sensor having excellent thermal stability and transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) gas sensor; and (2) manufacture of gas sensor.
