NOVELTY - A light-emitting-diode lamp consists of a lampshade, a light-emitting-diode lighting component, a thermal conductor, a radiator, a power supply drive module and base. The each of thermal conductor and radiator is made of aluminum. The light-emitting-diode-lighting assembly is mounted on the thermal conductor by a heat-dissipation coating. The thermal-dissipation coating contains mixed resin, graphene, sodium montmorillonite, carboxybutadiene latex, silicone resin methyl-branched silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, n-pentane, nano-silica, fumed silica, flame retardant and solvent. USE - Light-emitting-diode lamp (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting-diode lamp is environmentally-friendly, and effectively releases negative ions, and removes formaldehyde, toluene and total volatile organic content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A light-emitting-diode lamp consists of a lampshade, a light-emitting-diode lighting component, a thermal conductor, a radiator, a power supply drive module and base. The each of thermal conductor and radiator is made of aluminum. The light-emitting-diode-lighting assembly is mounted on the thermal conductor by a heat-dissipation coating. The rear end of the radiator is a hollow cavity. The radiator is connected to the base by a thread. Several cooling holes are provided in the front end portion of the radiator. The side wall of the radiator is provided with several heat-radiating grooves. The heat sink penetrates the side wall of the radiator. A thermal-dissipation coating is uniformly coated on the inner wall surface of the cavity in the radiator. The thermal-dissipation coating comprises 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. of carboxybutadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone resin methyl-branched silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, 2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. active mineral powder and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. Chinese medicine essential oil. The mixed resin is mixture of a phenolic resin and an epoxy resin in mass ratio of 2:1-3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant comprises ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and intumescent graphite in mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent comprises diacetone alcohol and butyl ester in mass ratio of 3:1-3:2. The active mineral powder comprises germanium stone, fluorite, tourmaline and zinc spinel in weight ratio of 2.5:3:3.5:1.7. The tourmaline is mixture of magnesium tourmaline and lithium tourmaline in weight ratio of 4:3. The particle size of active mineral powder is less than 15 mu m. The thermal-dissipation coating is obtained by adding sodium-based montmorillonite, carboxy styrene-butadiene latex, silicone resin methyl-branched silicone oil, polyethylene glycol, n-pentane, nano-silica, polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, graphene, fumed silica, flame retardant and solvent to a mixer, mixing at 80 degrees C for 40 minutes, obtaining a mixture (A), mixing 15-20 pts. wt. long leaves, 4-6 pts. wt. rhizome, 15-20 pts. wt. Anemone hupehensis, 1-3 pts. wt. Bupleurum, 1-3 pts. wt. Aloe vera, 1-3 pts. wt. cypress, 1-3 pts. wt. Forsythia, 3-4 pts. wt. Salvia miltiorrhiza and 3-4 pts. wt. Polygonum viviparum, processing at in a vacuum kettle at -20 degrees C for 2-3 hours, pretreatment using a microwave dryer at 17 kw for 30-40 minutes, pulverizing resultant to product having particle size of 60 mesh, adding resultant to a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction apparatus, extracting at 28 MPa and 45 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting crude oil, freeze-drying at 5 degrees C for 70 minutes, centrifuging at 17000 rpm for 25 minutes, obtaining oil (B), mixing 1-3 pts. wt. white peony, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. musk, 3 pts. wt. purslane, 0.8 pt. wt. Agastache rugosa and 3-4 pts. wt. lobster, washing, drying, grinding to product having particle size of 30 mesh, soaking resultant in deionized water for 5 hours, adding water, soaking, stirring, mixing, boiling at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, collecting distillate, mixing with ether in volume ratio of 2.5:1, extracting, separating upper oil phase, drying using 0.13-0.2 pt. wt. anhydrous sodium sulfate, obtaining oil (C), mixing oil (B) and oil (C), mixing resultant with Geranium essential oil, Snow lotus essential oil, lemon essential oil and grapefruit essential oil, stirring for 45 minutes, leaving still for 30 minutes, filtering, mixing resultant with mixture (A) at 70-80 degrees C for 15 minutes, milling, adding cerium oxide, active mineral powder and modified aromatic amine curing agent, concentrating at 70-80 degrees C for 4.5 hours and filtering. The Chinese essential oil further comprises 3 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. deodorant, 9-15 pts. wt. butyl butyrate, 10-7 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1 pt. wt. isopropyl myristate, 10-15 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. sodium benzoate.
