USE - High temperature and corrosion resistant graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature and corrosion resistant graphene coating has ultra-high strength, superior electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent shielding performance against water molecules and air, blocks diffusion of corrosive media, and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high temperature and corrosion resistant graphene coating, which involves mixing aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium dihydrogen phosphate, zinc dihydrogen phosphate, aluminum chromium phosphate, zirconium sol, stirring uniformly to prepare high temperature adhesive, mixing graphene powder, dispersant and deionized water, using ultrasonic emulsification disperser to ultrasonically disperse for more than 30 minutes to prepare graphene dispersion liquid, adding high-temperature adhesive obtained, graphene dispersion obtained, anticorrosive filler, toughening agent and deionized water into dispersion tank for high-speed dispersion, and then using sand mill to grind to fineness of 20 micrometer or less, discharging, adding sheet material, and stirring at high speed for 2 hours to obtain high temperature and corrosion resistant graphene coating.
