▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tellurium-copper alloy material containing a rare earth metal comprises (i) taking pure copper, pure tellurium, copper-rare earth alloy and mix, melt, add pure zinc, copper-phosphorus alloy as deoxidizer, pouring, solution treating at 975-985°C for 1 hour, cold rolling deforming, and aging at 420-450°C for 4-6 hours to obtain alloy materials; and (ii) placing the obtained alloy material in a plating solution for electroplating to form a coating to obtain a tellurium-copper alloy material, where the plating solution contains silver nanowire modified graphene. The alloy material comprises 0.2-0.7% tellurium, 0.02-0.15% rare earth, 0.05-0.20% zinc, copper (remaining amount) and < 0.3% impurity content. The plating solution comprises 30 g/l silver nitrate, 100 g/l hydantoin, 20 g/l nicotinic acid, 80 g/l potassium carbonate, 1-8 g/l silver nanowire modified graphene, and 0.3-1.8 g/l polyvinylpyrrolidone. USE - The method is useful for preparing tellurium-copper alloy material containing rare earth metal. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material increases grain boundary in the alloy material, alleviates the inhomogeneity of deformation, reduces the stress concentration caused by deformation and improves the mechanical properties of alloy materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tellurium copper alloy material containing rare earth metal prepared by the above method.
