NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide-supported iron telluride composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide and iron telluride nanoparticles supported on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-supported iron telluride composite material used as electrode material for sodium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-supported iron telluride composite material has excellent cycle stability and multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the reduced graphene oxide-supported iron telluride composite material, which involves: (a) mixing iron source, tellurite, strong alkali, surfactant and reduced graphene oxide solution to carry out solvothermal reaction to obtain a precursor; and (b) calcining the precursor.
