▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modifying graphene, comprises (a) mixing oxidized graphene, inorganic silicon source, organic base, water-soluble polymer compound and surfactant, reacting at 10-50 degrees C for 0.1-10 hours, collecting a solid product and drying to obtain modified graphene, where the surfactant is cation surfactant, anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and/or zwitterionic surfactant. USE - The modified graphene is useful in thermally conductive composition, graphene composite heat dissipating material composition and graphene composite material composition (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene has good weather resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical stability, shelf life, practical value and economic value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) modified graphene prepared by the above method; (2) thermally conductive composition comprising 100 pts. wt. silicone oil, 10-60 pts. wt. first filler, 50-150 pts. wt. second filler and 0-20 pts. wt. optional auxiliary agent, where the first filler includes a metal thermal conductor and a phase change material in weight ratio of 1:(0.2-2.5) and the second filler includes carbon nanotubes and the modified graphene in weight ratio of 1:(1-20); (3) graphene composite heat dissipating material composition comprising 100 pts. wt. fluoropolymer, 5-25 pts. wt. the modified graphene, 4-15 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.1-8 pts. wt. metal thermal conductor and 0-90 pts. wt. optional additives; and (4) graphene composite material composition comprising 100 pts. wt. phase change main material, 5-40 pts. wt. the modified graphene, 1-20 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 5-40 pts. wt. metal thermally conductive particles, and 2-30 pts. wt. composite material additive, where the composite material auxiliary is organic-silica composite material.
