▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves inserting an outlet hole (32) of a chip with silver/silver chloride wire as a reference electrode. A working electrode, a counter electrode and a reference electrode are set to eliminate the influence of polarization current on electrode potential. A microfluidic channel (2) is prepared from polydimethylsiloxane, and provided with a liquid inlet (21) and an outlet (22). A cover (3) made of polydimethylsiloxane is provided with an inlet hole (31) and the outlet hole arranged corresponding to the liquid inlet and the outlet of the microfluidic channel respectively. USE - Graphene aerogel and prussian blue composite material based preparation method of microfluidic chip used in glucose detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microfluidic chip having enhanced biocompatibility, plasticity and transparency is prepared in real-time for observing and detecting sample condition in the experiment process.
