NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene oxide/polylactic acid composite gas barrier film comprises (a) adding functionalized graphene oxide into chloroform at mass ratio of 1:6000-6500 and ultrasonically stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain first dispersion, (b) adding polylactic acid into first dispersion and adding polylactic acid into functionalized graphene oxide at mass ratio of 100-500:1 and stirring at 25-40 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain second dispersion liquid, (c) adding second dispersion into absolute ethanol at volume ratio of 2:3-5 to obtain flocculation liquid, vacuum-filtering flocculating liquid to obtain floc and placing floc in vacuum drying oven at 60-70 degrees C, drying, removing out after 48-72 hours, pulverizing and passing through mesh sieve to obtain powder and (d) adopting powder as raw material to obtain film by hot press forming method and to obtain film as functionalized graphene oxide/polylactic acid composite gas barrier film. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized graphene oxide/polylactic acid composite gas barrier film. ADVANTAGE - The method improves gas barrier property and is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a functionalized graphene oxide/polylactic acid composite gas barrier film, comprises (a) preparing functionalized graphene oxide by adding functionalized graphene oxide to chloroform at a mass ratio of 1:6000-6500 and ultrasonically stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain a first dispersion, (b) adding polylactic acid to the first dispersion and adding polylactic acid to the functionalized graphene oxide in step (a) at a mass ratio of 100-500:1 and stirring at 25-40 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain a second dispersion liquid, (c) adding the second dispersion to the absolute ethanol at a volume ratio of 2:3-5 to obtain a flocculation liquid, vacuum-filtering the flocculating liquid to obtain a floc and placing the floc in a vacuum drying oven at 60-70 degrees C, drying, taking out after 48-72 hours, pulverizing and passing through 200-250 mesh sieve to obtain powder and (d) using the powder as a raw material, preparing a film having a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm by a hot press forming method and obtaining the film as a functionalized graphene oxide/polylactic acid composite gas barrier film.
