▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene single layer and Cantor photonic crystals. The Cantor photonic crystal has two optical sub-forms that are independent of each other. The graphene single layer embedded in a Cantor photonic crystal center. A thickness of a dielectric thin sheet B is half of a half-thickness of the dielectric thin sheet. A local electric field of a position where the graphene is located is strong. A third-order nonlinear effect of a graphene is greatly enhanced to realize low threshold optical bi-stable state. Thickness of a first dielectric sheet and a second dielectric sheet is 1/4 of optical wavelength. USE - The cantor photonic crystal composition structure with optical bi-stable effect is useful for all-optical switch used in optical communication field. ADVANTAGE - The third-order nonlinear effect of graphene is greatly enhanced, so as to realize low threshold optical bi-stable state. The threshold value of the optical bistable state in the composition structure of the Octonacci photonic crystal and the graphene is 2 magnitude lower.
