NOVELTY - A graphene functional metal surface long-term treatment material comprises solidified film-forming component (A) and a component (B) containing curing agent. The solidified film-forming component (A) comprises 0.01-8 wt.% graphene, 40-80 wt.% polymer resin, 10-40 wt.% mixed solvent, 6-40 wt.% pigment, 0.1-3 wt.% additive and 1-15 wt.% rust-proofing agent. The component (B) comprises 40-60 wt.% curing agent and 40-60 wt.% solvent. The curing agent comprises 21-42 wt.% isophorone diamine, 12-25 wt.% aliphatic isocyanate and modified low molecular weight bisphenol F type epoxy resin. USE - Graphene functional metal surface long-term treatment material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The treatment material can effectively reduce or eliminate the metal coating process in the rust, degreasing, water and other surface treatment processes, so as to significantly reduce the cost of painting, greatly simplify the painting process, and thus reducing the labor intensity and reducing the dust on the human body and reducing environmental hazards. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene functional metal surface long-term treatment material comprises solidified film-forming component (A) and a component (B) containing curing agent. The solidified film-forming component (A) comprises 0.01-8 wt.% graphene, 40-80 wt.% polymer resin, 10-40 wt.% mixed solvent, 6-40 wt.% pigment, 0.1-3 wt.% additive and 1-15 wt.% rust-proofing agent. The polymer resin is composed of a heterocyclic compound, styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified acrylic resin and/or epoxy resin. The mixed solvent is composed of a solvent and a diluent. The solvent is esters, ketones, alcohols, hydrocarbons and/or alcohol ethers. The diluent is acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, benzene, toluene, xylene, n-butanol and/or styrene. The pigment is composed of aluminum pyrophosphate zinc chromate complex, zinc phosphate, barium borate, zinc-aluminum alloy powder, silica, barium sulfate, water removal agent, stabilizer and coupling agent. The additive is composed of water removing agent, chelating agent, dispersant, silicone defoamer and modified urea anti-settling agent. The rust-proofing agent is selected from a group consisting of tannic acid type and/or phosphoric acid type rust-proofing agent. The stabilizer is sodium phosphite and/or calcium stearate. The component (B) comprises 40-60 wt.% curing agent and 40-60 wt.% solvent. The curing agent comprises 21-42 wt.% isophorone diamine, 12-25 wt.% aliphatic isocyanate, 20-50 wt.% modified low molecular weight bisphenol F type epoxy resin. The solvent is esters, ketones, alcohols, hydrocarbons and/or alcohol ethers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene functional metal surface long-term treatment material, which involves (i) adding polymer resin and mixed solvent to a stirrer, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 1-2 hours, (ii) adding additives, graphene, pigment, and rust-proofing agent to the stirrer in turn, continually stirring at 2000-2500 rpm for 1-2 hours until evenly dispersed to prepare a mixture, (iii) pouring the mixture prepared in step (ii) into a grinder for grinding to obtain component (A) having grain size of 30-40 microns to obtain component (A), (ii) mixing curing agent and solvent to obtain component (B), and (iii) mixing the component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of (1.2-15):1 to obtain graphene functional metal surface long-term treatment material.
