NOVELTY - The chip has a heating layer (2) uniformly coated on a surface of an insulating layer (1). A conductive layer (3) is fixed on an edge of the heating layer. A wear-resistant layer (4) is paved on the surface of the heat dissipation layer and covers the conductivity layer. An insulation layer (5) is laid on the face of the wear-wear layer. The heating layer is composed of multiple heating areas. Thickness of the multiple heating area is different.
