NOVELTY - Preparing double-layer graphene oxide film involves selecting 300-500 mesh flake graphite raw materials, using hummers method (redox method) to prepare graphene oxide, then adding water and graphene oxide into mixing tank, stirring uniformly and preparing graphene oxide slurry with solid content of 5% material; using coater to coat graphene oxide slurry prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, and repeating above operation twice to obtain two sizes of 300x 150x 3 millimeter (mm) wet film; using dilution ratio of 1:8 to dilute epoxy resin with ethanol; spraying epoxy resin with watering can on surface of two wet-film graphene oxide slurry; sending two wet films into blast drying oven and baking at 70-80 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain two dry graphene oxide films; taking out the dry films and drying, applying polyamide resin curing agent on side of dry film with epoxy resin, and pasting two dry films together with polyamide resin curing agent to make double-layer dry film. USE - Method for preparing double-layer graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to solve problems of volume shrinkage, bulging and other unevenness caused by excessively thick and excessive moisture during coating process of graphene oxide thin films, and has advantages of safe operation, low cost, and impurities.
