NOVELTY - Graphene radio frequency identification tag (RFID) tag comprises a base material, a glue film layer, a graphene circuit layer and a coating surface layer from bottom to top. USE - The graphene radio frequency identification tag is useful in identifying identification, anti-pseudo identification, article tracking or information acquisition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The RFID tag: increases the use range of graphene circuit layer; enhances the electronic transmission effect and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene RFID tag comprising coating an adhesive film layer on a base material, and printing graphene on the adhesive film layer and drying the circuit layer and then coating the surface layer of film.
