NOVELTY - The releaser comprises a direct current (DC) voltage generating device (100) which generates DC voltage into + 12V. A piezoelectric transformer (200) is connected with the output end of DC voltage generating device for converting the direct current voltage of + 12V into DC negative high voltage. A graphene release electrode (300) is connected to the output terminal of piezoelectric transformer through a high voltage lead. A release electrode is provided with cone-shaped tip cylinder structure made of a graphene material which is an extruded graphene. USE - Negative ion release electrode. ADVANTAGE - The voltage boosting through the conversion of electric energy-mechanical energy-electric energy is realized. The stable negative DC high voltage is generated. The output high-voltage unstable is prevented. The large dose of negative ions is generated by the stability of voltage in conjunction with the high conductivity of electrode.
