▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Biosensor chip comprises board; a titanium electrode positioned on the substrate; a platinum electrode positioned on the substrate; and a fixing part modified with graphene oxide on at least a part of the surface of the substrate, and a biomarker probe or receptor indicating a disease or health condition is immobilized on the fixing part. USE - The chip is useful for diagnosing disease including cancer, inflammatory disease, immune disease, autoimmune disease, neurological disease, infectious disease and parasitic disease (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor chip does not require labeling, is simple and reusable, has very high sensitivity, can detect in real time with ultra-high response time, can be attached to surface of the nano-hole array including specific biomarkers, metabolites, and genetic materials of target disease, and there is no protein modification in detection process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for providing information, comprising (a) obtaining a subject sample from a subject; (b) contacting the sample with the biosensor chip; (c) detecting a capacitive change as a target material present in a target sample is bound to a receptor in the biosensor chip; and (d) determining the level of the target material in the target sample by detecting the degree of capacitive change.
