NOVELTY - The method involves dividing composition of mold powder into three categories according to its composition such as base material, solvent and carbonaceous material. The amount of carbonaceous material added in the mold powder and is generally adjusted. The principle of carbon material is provided to control the melting rate and uses the more specific surface area of carbon and the non-wetting characteristics of carbon particles and slags to form a skeleton structure in the mold slag to prevent the accumulation of slag droplets and reduces the melting rate. The carbon and the oxygen in the air gradually react and burn to form carbon dioxide gas and volatilize, and the content gradually decreases. The weakening melting rate is controlled. The role of the carbon is provided to isolate the molten mold flux. USE - Carbon compounding method for ultra-low carbon steel protective slag. ADVANTAGE - The method uses graphene as carbon distribution material for protecting slag to coordinate and controls the melting rate of the protection slag and avoids the protection slag to increase carbon. The protection slag is added by graphene as carbon distribution material to achieve carbon distribution. The graphene can be combusted completely in the air. The specific surface area is very large.
