NOVELTY - Synthesis of graphene involves coating an anti-corrosive material to surface of a catalyst metal foil, placing the catalyst metal foil on which anti-corrosive material is applied in a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) chamber, creating a vacuum in the CVD chamber, heating and vaporizing anti-corrosive material in the CVD chamber, injecting a source gas into the CVD chamber, and forming graphene on the surface of the catalyst metal foil.
