NOVELTY - Skin cooling device for laser medical beauty instrument comprises cylindrical heat dissipation and cooling component (1), one end of heat dissipation and cooling component is provided with refrigeration block, other end of heat dissipation and cooling component is provided with first heat dissipation groove (2), and first heat dissipation groove is provided with heat dissipation block (3), where components are movably connected, and surface of heat dissipation block is provided with multiple first heat conducting fins at equal intervals, surface of first heat conducting fin is movably connected with heat conduction pipe, and end of heat conduction pipe is sealed with heat conduction head; multiple second heat dissipation grooves (4) are provided on side of heat dissipation and cooling component at equal intervals along circumferential direction, each second heat dissipation groove is provided with second heat conducting fin.
