NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is used in PCR by performing PCR in the presence of graphene oxide. USE - Use of graphene oxide in PCR. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide raises PCR specificity and sensitivity, and amplifies output while used in PCR for first time. It eliminates primer dimer formed in amplifying reaction, and provides wide optimizing interval. It is suitable for DNA template with different types of concentration and complex degree. It optimizes PCR, thus providing better comprehensive effect as compared to other carbon nanomaterial used in PCR. It has low cost and provides simple PCR operation.
