NOVELTY - Preparation of filament lined hollow fiber micro-filtration membrane involves (1) adding 60-70 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 18-22 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone , 6-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon nano tube and 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon fiber into stirring kettle, stirring uniformly in oil bath at 50-100 degrees C to obtain casting solution, (2) inserting prefabricated hollow braided tube into spinneret, where the hollow braided tube has inner diameter of 1.2-1.3 mm and outer diameter of 1.9-2.0 mm and the material is polyethylene terephthalate, pouring casting film liquid into spinning device, (3) drawing hollow braided tube of spinneret at a speed of 20-50 m/minute, coating casting solution on outer surface of hollow braided tube at feeding speed of 20-60 mL/minute. USE - Preparation of filament lined hollow fiber micro-filtration membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of filament lined hollow fiber micro-filtration membrane with excellent strength, improved production efficiency, shortened production period, and reduced production cost, and spinning speed of 40-50 m/minute under premise of ensuring film opening rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of filament lined hollow fiber micro-filtration membrane involves (1) adding 60-70 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 18-22 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone , 6-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol , 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon nano tube and 0.5-3 pts. wt. carbon fiber into stirring kettle, stirring uniformly in oil bath at 50-100 degrees C to obtain casting solution, (2) inserting prefabricated hollow braided tube into spinneret, where the hollow braided tube has inner diameter of 1.2-1.3 mm and outer diameter of 1.9-2.0 mm and the material is polyethylene terephthalate, pouring casting film liquid into spinning device, (3) drawing hollow braided tube of spinneret at a speed of 20-50 m/minute, coating casting solution on outer surface of hollow braided tube at feeding speed of 20-60 mL/minute to obtain initial hollow membrane, (4) passing initial hollow film wire through air bath at 40-70 degrees C and depth is 1-2.5 m, entering into rinsing water bath (I) and rinsing water bath (II), (5) drawing the film wire from the rinsing water bath (II) at a speed of 40-50 m/minute, and heating for 0.5-2.5 hours in water bath at 60-80 degrees C.
