▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene washable long-acting antiviral fabric comprises (i) in-situ growing polyethylene pyrrolidone on the graphene surface to obtain the graphene/polyvinylpyrrolidone composite, (ii) dissolving the graphene/polyvinylpyrrolidone composite in de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain finishing liquid with solid content of 1-12 wt.%, (iii) dipping the fabric to be finished in the alkaline solution, washing and drying to obtain the activated fabric, (iv) using the finishing liquid obtained in step (ii) to the spunlace activated fabric obtained in the step (iii) by the water needle plate, performing hot pressing and drying to obtain the graphene washable long-acting antiviral fabric. In the step (iii), the fabric is cotton fabric, polyester cotton fabric, nylon or Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber). In step (iii), the alkaline solution is a sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 1-5 mol/l. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene washable long-acting antiviral fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene washable long-acting antiviral fabric uses the impact force of the spunlace to split fine microfiber on the surface of the fabric fiber, at the same time, the graphene/polyvinylpyrrolidone compound in fine water flow is adsorbed on the surface and the interior of the fiber; finally drying by hot pressing to restore the split microfiber breeders to the original state of the fabric, and coating the graphene/polyvinylpyrrolidone compound in the fabric fiber, the polyvinylpyrrolidone grown on the surface of the graphene has good adhesion, and can be firmly bonded to the fiber together with graphene, and improves the load capacity and load fastness of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene washable long-acting anti-virus fabric obtained by the method as mentioned above.
