▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Dry electrode comprises an active material-conductive material-binder composite material (10) comprising an active material (100), a conductive material (200) coated on the surface of the active material, and a binder (300) coated on the surface of the active material together with the conductive material, where the active material-conductive material-binder composite material is mixed and included in a dry manner. USE - The dry electrode is used as a free-standing electrode (claimed) for lithium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The dry electrode forms an excellent electrical network between the active materials to realize a dry electrode with excellent performance, is highly dispersed in the active material, is possible to provide a dry electrode manufacturing method in which the problem occurring in the solvent drying step of the wet process is solved, has excellent performance and lifespan characteristics even when using a high-capacity cathode active material, and has uniform and excellent performance by further improving dispersion when mixing the positive electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a dry electrode manufacturing method comprising (i) preparing the active material-conductive material-binder composite material by mixing a conductive material dispersion, a binder solution, and an active material, (ii) removing the solvent of the composite material through a filtering process, (iii) preparing a powder form by grinding the composite material from which the solvent has been removed, and (iv) laminating the powdered composite material on a current collector.
