▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polymer-graphene grafted carbon foam composite involves using blank carbon foam as antistatic shield material, adding 0.05-0.2 molar aniline to 0.05-0.2 molar pyrrole monomers, mixing 0.05-0.2 molar sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solution into the mixture for second time, and homogenizing at 10000-15000 revlution per minute for 2 hrs to form stable emulsion. The resultant emulsion is mixed with carbon foam. The 0.05-0.2 gm graphene is added to the resultant mixture. The 0.05-0.2 molar ammonium per sulfate (APS) is added dropwise to the resultant mixture, mixed for 6 hrs, filtered, washed and dried in oven at 50 degrees C in order to get final product. USE - Method for preparing polymer-graphene grafted carbon foam composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polymer-graphene grafted carbon foam composite that has electrostatic dissipative property.
