NOVELTY - Synthesizing Functionalized graphene oxide adsorbed enzyme including titania and zinc oxide, comprises dissolving 8- hydroxy-1 ,3,6- pyrenetrisulfonic acid and trisodium salt in water under a room temperature and atmospheric pressure, filtering the solvent solution, adding graphene oxide to the solution, absorbing the solvent by the graphene oxide using pi - pi stacking effect and the stirring using magnetic force for 12 hours and centrifuging, and cleaning the residual solvent using de-ionized water to obtain the functionalized graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing functionalized graphene oxide adsorbed enzyme (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesizing Functionalized graphene oxide adsorbed enzyme including titania and zinc oxide, comprises dissolving 8- hydroxy-1 ,3,6- pyrenetrisulfonic acid and trisodium salt in water under a room temperature and atmospheric pressure, filtering the solvent solution, adding graphene oxide to the solution, absorbing the solvent by the graphene oxide using pi - pi stacking effect and the stirring using magnetic force for 12 hours and centrifuging, cleaning the residual solvent using de-ionized water to obtain the functionalized graphene oxide, dissolving lysozyme using in water, dissolving the functional graphene oxide using water, adding the lysozyme aqueous solution with functional graphene oxide aqueous solution and then stirring using magnetic force for 0.5 hours, centrifuging and cleaning the residual lysozyme solution using de-ionized water to obtain functional graphene oxide with lysozyme composite and then adding water at a room temperature, adding titanium(IV) bis(ammonium lactato) dihydroxide to the lysozyme composite solution and the uniformly mixing, dropping urease to the composite solution and then centrifuging and cleaning to remove organic titanium from the titanium dioxide urease solution and then adding urea water solution to making urease catalyzed urea solution, performing hydrolysis of the urease catalyzed urea solution and then stirring for 10 minutes, adding zinc nitrate aqueous solution to the urea solution and then stirring for 20 minutes, washing the solution mixture using de-ionized water and the centrifuging at a temperature of 80 degrees C in a vacuum oven to dry to obtain the target product.
