NOVELTY - Motor shell material comprises 6-10 wt.% copper, 5-8 wt.% magnesium, 3-5 wt.% manganese, 3-5 wt.% titanium, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% molybdenum, and rest is aluminum. USE - Motor shell material. ADVANTAGE - The motor shell material has good mechanical properties and radiating performance through cooperation between the components and the synergistic effect between graphene and molybdenum, tensile strength of more than 350 MPa, thermal conductivity of 250-265W/(m.K), extends service life of motor, and has a good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a motor shell material, which involves: (A) mixing and melting copper, magnesium, manganese, titanium and aluminum to obtain an alloy liquid; (B) adding molybdenum to the alloy liquid , heating and cooling it to obtain an alloy material; (C) carrying out mechanical crushing and grinding of alloy material to obtain an alloy powder; and (D) mixing graphene solution and alloy, and then subjecting it to ball-milling and hot isostatic pressing process to obtain final product.
