NOVELTY - Composition comprises 30-40 wt.% general cement or slag cement, 30-50 wt.% silica sand, 5-10 wt.% intumescent material, 1-10 wt.% nano-metal materials or oxides of these metals including aluminum having a particle size of 1-100 nm, titanium, platinum, and/or tungsten, 1-20 wt.% super water-repellent curing agent comprising adhesives of epoxy, polyurethane, and/or acrylic urethane and silica airgel of nano-sized particles dispersed in a weight ratio of 5:1-1:1, 5-20 wt.% admixture, 0.1-1.5 wt.% reinforcing material, 0.2-1.5 wt.% fluidizing agent carbon nanoplates, 0.01-3 wt.% of at least one nano-carbon material consisting of plate-shaped graphite and graphene, and 0.5-3 wt.% anionic or non-ionic dispersant, and 0.5-3 wt.% super water-repellent curing agent is an anionic or non-ionic dispersant based on the weight of the super water-repellent curing agent in organic solvent and adhesive and silica airgel dispersed. USE - The composition is useful for repairing cross-section of concrete structure. ADVANTAGE - The composition suppresses corrosion of reinforcing bars in the concrete structure due to neutralization, and extends the life of concrete structure. The composition improves the adhesion to the deteriorated repair site and secures the air permeability. The workability can be improved through rapid hardening and strength supplementation. The generation and activity of mold, bacteria and like symbiotic on the concrete surface can be suppressed. The adhesion/wettability to the repair cross-section is high. The excellent workability and shortening work time can be secured.
