NOVELTY - An epoxy resin coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises urethane-modified epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, modified graphene oxide, aluminum oxide, antioxidant and solvent. The component (B) comprises phenolic hardening agent, silicone curing agent and solvent. The epoxy resin coating is obtained by mixing evenly component (A) and component (B), and coating on the surface of clean and dry steel sheet with a coating thickness of 0.5 mm, curing for 24 hours, heating and maintaining for 5 hours, and cooling. USE - Oxidized graphene alkene high temperature resistant dual-component epoxy resin coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin coating has excellent high temperature resistance and water resistance, excellent flexibility, thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance, and meets the requirements of the existing epoxy resin coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An epoxy resin coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 3:1. The component (A) comprises 100 pts. wt. urethane-modified epoxy resin, 30-60 pts. wt. hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 1-6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent. The component (B) comprises 6-10 pts. wt. phenolic hardening agent, 3-5 pts. wt. silicone curing agent and 10-30 pts. wt. solvent. The epoxy resin coating is prepared by mixing evenly component (A) and component (B), coating on the surface of clean and dry steel sheet with a coating thickness of 0.5 mm, and curing for 24 hours, placing in a muffle furnace, heating at 400 degrees C and maintaining for 5 hours, and cooling to room temperature obtaining sheet without any cracks.
