The metal foam layer is made of material selected from copper, nickel, silver, platinum, iron, stainless steel, titanium or its alloy. USE - Metal foam graphite radiation sheet for semiconductor package, LED module, etc. ADVANTAGE - The intensity of the radiation sheet and protection of semiconductor package, LED module, etc., against heat characteristic can be improved.
