▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method involves culturing mesenchymal stem cells on a reduced graphene oxide substrate, and irradiating using pulsed electromagnetic field, where the cultured mesenchymal stem cell shows upregulated expression level of genes chosen from jagged 2 (JAG 2) and protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type Q (PTPRQ) involved in proliferation, neural differentiation and calcium signaling relative to other related genes as compared to cells cultured on glass support. USE - The method is useful for multidifferentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells, preferably alveolar bone-derived stem cells (claimed), promoting osteogenic differentiation, neurogenesis and adipogenesis. The differentiated mesenchymal stem cells are used for treating neurological diseases including Alzheimer's disease, depression, Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and spinal cord injury. ADVANTAGE - The method differentiates human mesenchymal stem cells with increased stem cell viability, cell adhesion, and extracellular matrix formation ability, as it uses combination of reduced graphene oxide substrate and pulsed electromagnetic field, and exhibits synergistic effect.
