▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene, graphene oxide or graphene amide and ethylenically unsaturated monomer are dispersed in solvent, uniformly stirred and reacted, to obtain functionalized graphene. Deionized water and emulsifying agent are added to three-necked flask, heated and functionalized graphene is added to mixture, reacted, acrylate is added to mixture, reacted under nitrogen atmosphere, and vinyl acetate, unsaturated anhydride, and persulfate or azoamidine initiator are added to mixture, emulsion polymerized and cooled, to obtain graphite-modified polyethylene vinyl acetate film-forming agent. USE - Preparation of graphite-modified polyethylene vinyl acetate film-forming agent used as antistatic or conductive glass fiber film-forming agent, fabric sizing agent, leather finishing agent, carbon fiber sizing agent, adhesive, electromagnetic field-shielding material and coating material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphite-modified polyethylene vinyl acetate film-forming agent with high conductive efficiency and reduced surface resistivity by simple and economical method at low reaction temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene, graphene oxide or graphene amide and ethylenically unsaturated monomer are dispersed in solvent, uniformly stirred and reacted at 20-100 degrees C for 0.1-20 hours, to obtain functionalized graphene. 300-600 ml Deionized water and 6-50 g emulsifying agent are added to 1000 ml three-necked flask, heated under stirring, and 200-600 g functionalized graphene is added to mixture, reacted at 50-100 degrees C, acrylate is added to mixture, reacted under nitrogen atmosphere, and vinyl acetate, 200-600 g unsaturated anhydride and 0.2-10 g persulfate or azoamidine initiator are added to mixture, emulsion polymerized for 2-8 hours and cooled to room temperature, to obtain graphite-modified polyethylene vinyl acetate film-forming agent. Persulfate or azoamidine initiator, surfactant, functionalized graphene and aqueous solvent in volume ratio of 0.1:1:100-0.5:20:100, functionalized graphene, vinyl acetate, acrylate, and acid anhydride or unsaturated polymerizable monomer are emulsion polymerized and stirred at 50-100 degrees C for 5-10 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, to obtain vinyl acetate film-forming agent.
