NOVELTY - The structure has a copper-based graphene substrate that comprises multiple pits distributed in a square array on the surface. The pits is a cone-shaped structure. The gold nanoparticle layer is arranged on the surface of the copper-based graphene substrate and in the pit. The copper-based graphene substrate is obtained by depositing a graphene film on the surface of a copper foil. A pitch between two adjacent ones of said pits in the transverse and longitudinal direction is preset value. The thickness of the gold nanoparticle layer is preset value. USE - Raman enhanced structure used for detection of pesticide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemical enhancement of the substrate is improved by the method uses copper-based graphene as substrate. The raman signal of the structure is greatly enhanced by combines the gold nano-particles with the substrate and processing the pit distributed in square array on the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the raman reinforced structure.
