NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene powder involves (a) mixing PTFE and an organic solvent to obtain a PTFE suspension, where the mixing is ultrasonic or stirring, when the mixing is ultrasound, the power of the ultrasound is 300-3000 W and the time is 1-10 hours, when the mixing is stirring, the speed of the stirring is 200-500 rpm and the time is 1-10 hours, (b) after mixing the PTFE suspension and active solid particles, performing solid-liquid separation and drying in sequence to obtain a mixed powder, the active solid particles comprise magnesium, aluminum, silicon, titanium or zirconium, and (c) igniting the mixed powder, performing after the oxidation-reduction reaction, washing and drying are sequentially performed to obtain graphene powder. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes PTFE and active solid particles, under the condition of ignition, is simple, cost-effective, low energy consumption, safe, and is suitable for realizing industrialized production.
