NOVELTY - Magnesium alloy surface anticorrosive coating comprises 83-90 wt.% aluminum powder, 9.5-15 wt.% aluminum oxide powder, and 0.5-2 wt.% graphene oxide powder. The coating is prepared by coupling graphene oxide with a part of aluminum powder to obtain graphene oxide-coated aluminum composite powder, uniformly mixing remaining aluminum powder and aluminum oxide powder with graphene oxide coated aluminum composite, and cold-spraying on the surface of the magnesium alloy. USE - The method for preparing magnesium alloy surface composite anti-corrosion coating is useful in the field of automobile, aerospace and weapon equipment. ADVANTAGE - The magnesium alloy surface composite anti-corrosion coating has high hardness, good stability, excellent corrosion resistance of oxidation graphene comprehensive coating phase function and characteristics, and can reach excellent anticorrosion effect to the magnesium alloy.
