▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified graphene epoxy acrylate resin comprises 60-100 pts. wt. acrylpimaric acid, 20-40 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, 50-80 pts. wt. vinyl magnesium bromide, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 100-200 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil acrylate, 50-80 pts. wt. cellulose, 5-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 20-30 pts. wt. diluent and 5-10 pts. wt. tert-butyl benzoyl peroxide. USE - Modified graphene epoxy acrylate resin. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene epoxy acrylate resin has improved mechanical properties, and has green environmental protection advantages. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified graphene epoxy acrylate resin, which involves: (A) dissolving propionate pimaric acid in methylene chloride and adding sulfoxide chloride at (-)5-5 degrees C, reacting at 0-25 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain propylene pimaric acid chloride; (B) adding propylene pimaric acid chloride to tetrahydrofuran, adding vinyl magnesium bromide, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain propylene propionyl vinyl ketone; (C) dissolving propylene propionyl vinyl ketone in absolute ethanol, adding cellulose and graphene oxide, and stirring ultrasonically for 20 to 50 minutes to obtain a mixed solution of graphene oxide; and (D) adding epoxy soybean oil acrylate and diluent to the graphene oxide mixture, stirring, adding benzoyl peroxide tert-butyl ester and coupling agent, stirring and mixing, after curing at 120-180 degrees C for 6-12 hours to obtain desired modified graphene epoxy acrylate resin.
