▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene aerogel-based laminated perovskite solar cell preparing method involves reducing the aqueous solution of graphene oxide, vacuum freeze-drying to obtain a graphene aerogel, adding the obtained graphene aerogel to ethanol, grinding into a paste slurry and coating the surface of the conductive substrate with the oxide electron transport layer and the insulating layer and heat-treating. The surface of the heat-treated material is sprayed with a mixed perovskite precursor solution containing lead, iodine and/or bromine, annealed and cooled to room temperature. The surface of the obtained material is continued by spraying another mixed perovskite precursor solution containing tin, iodine and/or bromine, annealed and cooled to complete the preparation. USE - Method for preparing graphene aerogel-based laminated perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables absorbing different intensity of sunlight and increasing the utilization of solar energy, improving hole mobility and battery efficiency in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene aerogel-based laminated perovskite solar cell produced by the production method.
